DALE PAUL ELLARD, aged 30, of Southview Road, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

ANDREW PAUL TAVENER, aged 37, of Rodwell Road, Weymouth. Admitted failing to comply with a direction given by a police constable in uniform to leave a locality and not return for a period of 12 hours. Fined £80.

DANIEL KELLY, aged 25, of Southfield Avenue, Weymouth. Found guilty of assault by beating. Community order made with requirement to be under supervision for 12 months and undertake Positive Relationships Programme. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £700 costs.

The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made with requirement to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.
