LYNDON HAMPTON WALKER, aged 37, of Wyke Road, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on a road after refusal of grant/revocation of driving licence on account of disability. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Licence endorsed with 3 penalty points. Also admitted failing to produce certificate of insurance to PC after accident/suspected offence. No separate penalty. Also admitted failing to produce test certificate for motor vehicle to a constable. No separate penalty.

COLIN CLENNELL, aged 35, of Milton Road, Weymouth. Admitted intentionally obstructing a constable in the exercise of his powers under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
