The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order with requirement to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £160 compensation and £700 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. No separate penalty.

RICHARD COOPER, aged 56, of The Glebe, Durweston. Admitted using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £35 plus £45 costs.

DANIEL JAMES PHILLPOTT, aged 37, of Froxfield Road, Blandford. Admitted driving a vehicle on the Upton bypass at a speed exceeding 70mph. Fined £80. Licence endorsed with 3 penalty points.

SHAUN BRIDGEMAN, aged 50, of Fifehead St Quinton. Proved in absence of using a vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Also proved in absence of using a vehicle on a road and failing to display a vehicle / trade licence. No separate penalty.

Also proved in absence of using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Licence endorsed with 6 penalty points.

SOPHIE CHRISTINA ADAMSON, aged 22, of Stourcastle, Sturminster Newton. Proved in absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

SINAIDA TATJANA PERRYMAN, aged 37, of Gent Close, Blandford. Admitted driving a vehicle on the B3082 Tarrant Keyneston at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £75. Licence endorsed with 4 penalty points.
