CHILDREN had a wheelie good time at a sponsored event in their school playground.

Little ones from Humpty’s House Pre-School, which is situated in the grounds of Southill Primary School in Weymouth, held a sponsored ‘wheelie’ event in the playground in aid of Julia's House.

More than 25 of the childre, enjoyed pedalling and scooting around the playground on their bikes, scooters and in toy cars.

Parents gave up their time to come along, cheer and support their children. Those who were unable to attend still made donations to the charity.

All the staff were delighted with the support shown by all.

Some of the children from Humpty’s House presented Donna Sibley, a representative from Julia’s House, with a cheque for £532.

She thanked the children and said it was a fantastic amount.

Next year Humpty’s House will be celebrating its 25th birthday with a fun day for all past and present parents, children and staff.
