COASTGUARDS were alerted after a 10-year-old girl fell at Lulworth Cove.
The girl suffered a suspected broken ankle and facial abrasions.
South West Ambulance requested Coastguard assistance at around 4.41pm on Tuesday.
Coastguard Rescue Officers from Lulworth Cove attended. The girl was taken by ambulance to Poole Hospital.
Minutes later, another person was reported to have suffered a suspected broken ankle from the area above Durdle Door.
South West Ambulance contacted Portland Coastguard at around 4.43pm.
Officers from Lulworth Coastguard Rescue Team attended.
The female casualty was later taken by ambulance to Poole Hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile, a 17ft vessel was towed back to Axmouth Harbour after suffering engine failure nearby.
Lyme Regis RNLI Lifeboat launched in the early hours of Tuesday morning following a telephone call from one of the two people on board the boat.
The boat, named Black Pearl, was towed back to the harbour where its crew were assisted ashore by Beer Coastguard Rescue Officers.
