A35 partially blocked westbound near Puddletown due to an accident.
The A35 has now been cleared after an accident on the westbound carriageway near Puddletown.
The road was partially blocked earlier following a two car collision at Yellowham Hill on the westbound carriageway.
It is believed that there were no serious injuries as ambulances were called to the accident as a precaution, but were declined by both parties.
Police were called to the accident at around 18.30.
