Fined £50 and ordered to pay £50 costs. In a separate case admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order to continue with varied requirements, alcohol treatment extended by one month.
JAMES MICHAEL PENKETH, aged 21, of Easton Street, Portland. Application to amend a suspended sentence order made on the ground that the defendant has changed residence. Granted. Suspended sentence order now as follows: Committed to prison for a term of 8 weeks suspended for 12 months with requirement to be under curfew for 3 months.
