A CYCLIST was knocked off their bike and injured when they collided with a car in Poundbury.
The collision occurred on the roundabout on Middle Farm Way in Poundbury this morning.
South Western Ambulance Service said they were called to attend the incident just after 11.30am.
The cyclist suffered minor injuries including a cut to the face and a hip injury and was taken to Dorset County Hospital.
Dorset Police also attended the scene and said the car, a red Dacia Sandero Laureate DCI, was registered to a man from Bere Regis.
