DORSET’S deliciousness will be under the spotlight as part of a new TV series.
Janet Street Porter and chef Brian Turner have joined forces for ‘A Taste of Britain’, airing at 3.45pm on BBC One.
The series will turn the spotlight on great food from Britain, and Dorset will be featured on September 10.
During the series, which saw filmakers down in Dorset filming for an episode in May, the pair travel to areas such as Weymouth, Cerne Abbas and Milton Abbas to see why Dorset has a reputation for fantastic food.
They enjoy sea bass at The Dining Room and some Parma ham from Dorset Charcuterie.
During filming, they also spent time at Steeptonbill Farm at Milton Abbas where Steve Gould and Tess Evans took them to meet their herd of free range goats.
