WI off to Scotland
IT was all aboard for Dorset’s Women’s Institute as they took a trip to the Royal Military Tattoo.
Forty-eight members of the Dorset Federation of WI and their husbands journeyed to Edinburgh for the event. Whilst in Scotland, they went on the steamship SS Sir Walter Scott.
Cate Henderson of Portland WI even knew how many gallons of water are supplied daily to Glasgow from Loch Katrine – 100 million.
