Cash boost for heart support group
SWANAGE Lions president Tim Mersey has presented a £125 cheque to the Poole Heart Support Group.
He made the presentation to the support group’s Purbeck area exercise coordinator Roger Rideout. Also present were some of the people who rattled buckets at the Lions’ summer fate.
A spokesman said: “The money raised will help train new fitness instructors.”
