A GRAPHIC designer from Portland is celebrating after having her work featured at a national exhibition.
Becky Blake’s painting of ‘Dave the Mackerel’ is currently featuring at The Annual Exhibition of the Royal Society of Marine Artists.
Becky went to visit her painting on display at the Mall Galleries in central London earlier this month.
The exhibition is recognised as a showcase for the best in contemporary marine art, with selected work by non-members included.
Becky was inspired to paint ‘Dave’ after her husband caught a mackerel while paddling in his kayak just off Chesil Cove.
This year’s exhibition will remain open to the public until Sunday, October 26.
