Coming in from the cold and fixing a cocktail is just the tonic this time of year.

Absolut Cherrys with Cola
One part Absolut Cherrys Vodka, three parts cola:
Half-fill a high ball glass with ice.
Add the vodka and cola and stir well.
Garnish with an orange wheel.

MM’s Coriander Leaf and Chilli G&T
50ml Martin Miller’s Gin, a bunch of coriander, 1 red chilli, 200ml Fever Tree tonic water:
Pour 50ml gin into a large wine glass and add four coriander leaves and 1/4 sliced red chilli (deseeded).
Fill glass halfway with ice and add another four coriander leaves and a 1/4 sliced red chilli.
Top glass with ice and pour in Fever Tree tonic.
Stir well and garnish with four coriander sprigs and a halved red chilli.

Snow Leopard Conservation Martini
75ml Snow Leopard Vodka, 5ml dry vermouth, 1 sprig of rosemary to be stirred in a mixing glass:
Half-fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add the vodka, vermouth and rosemary and stir well for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Ciroc Coconut Frost
50ml Ciroc Coconut, Vodka, 20ml simple syrup, 2 dashes of orange bitters, 100ml grapefruit juice:
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add ingredients and shake.
