FORMER students of the Dorchester Grammar School, Hardye’s School and the Thomas Hardye School will be holding a festive get together in Dorchester.

Old boys and girls are invited to attend the Old Hardyeans Christmas lunch at the Kings Arms in High East Street from 12.30pm on Thursday, December 18.

Secretary of the Old Hardyeans Michel Hooper-Immins said: “We know there are lots of old boys and former students who still live in Dorset and we would like to invite them to join us for the Christmas lunch. Our reunions are always happy occasions and the Kings Arms always produce a super lunch.”

Bookings for the Christmas lunch must be made by November 30 through treasurer Alan Brown on 01202 535034 or chairman Godfrey Lancashire on 01308 485688.

The Old Hardyeans have also set the date for their Annual Reunion Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, March 21 also at the Kings Arms Hotel.

The event will celebrate the 110th anniversary of the group’s foundation.
