LYME Regis town councillors were asked to sign a letter of support to Axminster Hospital following fears that hospital beds are in danger of being cut.
At last week’s full council meeting, town mayor Sally Holman told councillors: “Beds and services at Axminster Hospital which are used by Lyme and Charmouth are in danger of being cut.
“I will be sending a letter of support for the hospital and would like all councillors who feel they can to add their signatures,” she said.
