A MAN from Weymouth said a woman gave her consent “one hundred percent” before they performed a sexual act in an alleyway, a court heard.

Stephen Laing, 36, is on trial at Dorchester Crown Court charged with sexually assaulting a woman in April, which he denies.

The court heard earlier in the trial that Laing and the woman went into an alleyway after first meeting at The Closet nightclub.

It is alleged Laing sexually touched the woman without her consent, before he allegedly performed a sex act on himself.

Taking to the witness stand, Laing said he first met the woman at the nightclub and that she was “all over” him before they left the club and went to a nearby alleyway.

Laing told the jury they started to kiss before the woman voluntarily performed a sex act on him, but she became “angry” with him when he took a phone call from his girlfriend and left her.

He added that the accusations that he attacked her were “nonsense” and that she had taken part “completely, 100 per cent” consenting.

The case continues today.
