The lorry in King Street
KING Street in Weymouth was closed eastbound this morning due to a bin lorry on fire.
Firefighters were alerted to the incident at just after 10am and crews were at the scene for an hour tackling the fire.
The blaze was in the engine compartment.
A section of road had to be closed at the Swannery Bridge end of King Street as crews worked at the scene.
