TWO fire crews have been called to a blaze in Lyme Regis town centre.

A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said they were called just after 3pm to a fire in the downstairs room of a commercial building on Broad Street.

They said that two fire engines are attending the incident, and four sets of breathing apparatus are being used alongside two hose reel jets.

They added that all occupants of the building are accounted for.

In an update on Twitter, DFRS said the fire is now out and the building is being ventilated.
