The 5th annual festival has a larger selection of beer and cider than ever before.

Seven piece band Coast will be playing modern and superb beats of the 70s and 80s to groove along to.

*SOME roof raising music will be performed at St Mary's Church in Swanage tomorrow from 7pm.

The Purbeck Arts Choir will be singing Vivaldi Gloria to lend their support to the fundraising efforts for refurbishment of the organ.

*BE inspired by the iconic true story of the Elephant Man

4th Monkey Theatre is bringing this production to Dorchester Corn Exchange tonight.(27) and to Bridport Arts Centre tomorrow (28) from 7.30pm.

Abandoned as a child, the horribly deformed Joseph Merrick survives as a freak-show attraction and medical marvel, but as he sits silently under the stares of London’s high society, it is the world around him that appears grotesque.

There is a local connection in the form of Merrick’s physician Sir Fredrick Treves, who was born in Dorchester. Contact the relevant venue for tickets.

*MUG up on a World Heritage Site with a Jurassic Coast Walk and barbecue at Highway Farm near Bridport tomorrow (28).

Starting from 11.30am for brunch, there will be home-cooked bacon and sausage baps with salad and tea/coffee, accompanied by a quirky take on the story of the coast from Jurassic Coast Ambassador Mike Green.

After lunch, weather permitting, the group will be heading on a guided coastal walk in the West Bay and Eype area.
