A Chinese take-away restaurant was fined GBP720 yesterday for having a dirty kitchen.
Edinburgh environmental health officers closed down the BM Takeaway in the city's Balgreen area last year. Owner Arh Lee, 33, of Hillpark Loan, Blackhall, Edinburgh, pleaded guilty to six charges of breaching food safety. The restaurant has since reopened.
