SOME employees who work on Christmas Day are rewarded with up to four
times their normal pay, according to a survey. Others will be given
double pay plus time off in lieu, the report by the pay and research
group, Incomes Data Services, found. Automobile Association employees
who work on Christmas Day will receive four times their normal pay
rates, while staff at brewers Joshua Tetley will be paid at three times
their standard rate, said the survey.
