Fruit Flan with Egg Custard

Ingredients:
4oz margarine
4oz caster sugar
4oz s/r flour
2 large eggs

Method:
Mix together margarine and caster sugar and beat well. Beat eggs and gradually add with flour, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Cook in greased and floured flan tin at 170° in fan oven. When done insert skewer to check, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
Leave to cool.
Top with fruit of choice - stewed, fresh or tinned. Serve with egg custard.
