ONE person has been injured following a two vehicle road-traffic collision near Dorchester.
The A352 near Littlemayne is blocked following the crash.
Emergency services rushed to the scene close to Littlemayne Lodge at around 3pm.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “We were called at 3.02pm to reports of a two-vehicle road-traffic collision.
“The cars involved were a black Reno registered to a Weymouth woman and a grey Honda Civic registered to a Dorchester man.
“Ambulance have been called to the scene.
“There might be some fluid on the road so the local authority has been requested to remove it.”
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance said: “We were called to the scene at 2.57pm.
“There is one casualty with an arm and chest injury.
“We are still on scene.”
A spokesman for Dorset Police added that one vehicle had now been recovered, and that the owners of the other vehicle were arranging their own recovery.
The road was reopened at 4.17pm
