MURDER CHARGE: The body of Elliot Handley was found at The Grove
A MAN charged with murder has pleaded not guilty.
Simon Bennett, of Dorchester, is charged with the murder of Elliot Handley, whose body was found in a flat at The Grove in May.
A 47-year-old man from Dorchester and a 69-year-old man from Weymouth, who had been arrested on suspicion of murder, were released from bail without charge in June.
Appearing at Winchester Crown Court this morning, Bennett, wearing a blue suit, spoke only to confirm his name and enter a plea of not guilty.
A trial date has been set for March 21, 2016.
