AN elderly woman has been treated at the scene following a three-car crash on Dorchester Road in Weymouth.
Dorchester Road is partially blocked at the Mercery Road junction following the crash earlier this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene by Sainbury’s in Weymouth just before 3pm.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “We were called at 2.47pm to a three-vehicle road-traffic collision near to the Sainsbury’s traffic lights. One lane is blocked and ambulance are on scene.
“The collision involved a blue Honda Civic, a white Toyota lorry and a silver Ford Focus.
“Recovery has been requested for the Ford Focus.”
A spokesman for South Western Ambulance Service said: "We were called a 2.48pm to reports of a three-car collision.
"The patients are described as 'walking wounded' and an elderly female was treated at the scene."
