WHOSE job is it to empty the dog litter bins?
I have at least three times since May rung the Environmental Health department to complain about the overflowing bins and doggie do bags that won’t go in the bins and are thrown close to the bins in the area of the Marsh near Knightsdale Road in Weymouth.
We are always being discriminated for the mess dogs leave and I for one would be the first to offer a bag to someone who fails to pick up but if whoever is responsible doesn’t empty the smelly bins what incentive is that to the less responsible dog owner.
They only get emptied a couple of times a week to my knowledge (sometimes less) and now the summer holidays are here and lots of children visit the Marsh it is a health issue especially in the hot weather.
