MARTYN STEWART HANNAFORD, aged 36, of The Esplanade, Weymouth. Admitted stealing one bottle of cider valued £3.55 belonging to William Henry public house in Weymouth and one bottle of Kelly’s Patch white wine belonging to another, and commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge imposed by Dorset Magistrates’ Court for an offence of theft. Also convicted of entering a building, namely Sainsburys Local at Guildford, and stealing two bottles of Le Peri and one bottle of Archers of a value unknown. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £10.54 and costs of £85.

HARRY ISAAC JELFS, aged 18, of Dale Avenue, Weymouth. Admitted having in possession a quantity of methylenedioxymethylamphetamine, a controlled drug of Class A with intent to supply. Committed to detention for five months, suspended for 18 months with a supervision requirement and curfew requirement for three months. Ordered to pay costs of £85.

KARA LOUISE ALLEN, aged 36, c/o Beverley Road, Weymouth. Admitted committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, namely presented a receipt and goods that were not hers, intending to make a gain, namely £12.86 for herself. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £12.86 and pay costs of £40. Also admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Admitted driving a vehicle when the proportion a controlled drug, namely Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £400 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance. Fined £300.

Admitted intentionally obstructing someone who was lawfully acting as an enforcement agent authorised by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
