PERKINS THOMAS 'TOM' Has passed away peacefully at Dorset County Hospital aged 92. A devoted Husband to the late Gwen, much loved Dad to Jayne and Simon, Father-in-law to Jeffrey and Maureen, and a loving Grandad and Great Grandad. A service in memory of Tom will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Friday 2nd September 2016 at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please. Any donations made in Tom`s memory can be made payable by cheque to the RNLI (Weymouth ) and sent c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 130 Abbotsbury Road Weymouth. Telephone 01305 772789.
