WEYMOUTH RNLI lifeboats have experienced a busy afternoon.
The Weymouth inshore lifeboat was launched at 3.30pm to carry out a medical evacuation at Lulworth Cove.
A yacht with seven persons on board, had a number of people suffering with sea sickness - including two children and a baby - who had to be taken ashore due to sea sickness.
The lifeboat returned to station at 4.35pm.
The Weymouth all-weather lifeboat was also launched at 4.15pm to a 50-foot sail training yacht with 12 persons on board which had suffered engine failure just outside of Weymouth harbour.
The volunteer crew were on scene two minutes after launch and took the vessel under tow to Portland Marina to a waiting berth.
The lifeboat returned to station at 5.30pm
