SCENE: The overturned car
DORCHESTER Road in Weymouth was closed after a car overturned.
The collision occurred close to the junction with Weymouth Bay Avenue and the road was closed as emergency services attended the scene.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said the incident involved two vehicles - a red Nissan and a grey Peugeot.
They added that those involved were believed to have suffered only minor injuries.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service also attended after being alerted at 1.37pm, with two crews from Weymouth helping to make the vehicles safe.
