Man appears in court charged with driving offences in connection with incident at Chafey's roundabout
A man has appeared in court in connection with a crash at Chafey's Roundabout.
John Ward, 22, and from Liverpool was charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously, failing to stop for police, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without third party insurance and assaulting a constable in the execution of his or her duty.
The incident happened on Monday afternoon.
He appeared at Bournemouth Magistrates Court this morning where he was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on October 27.
