The woman went into the water close to the Jubilee Clock, Weymouth
DORSET Police and coastguards helped a woman who entered the water at Weymouth beach.
The emergency services were alerted at 1.50am this morning, to a concern for welfare involving a woman entering the water near to the Jubilee Memorial Clock on Weymouth Esplanade.
Police officers attended and the woman was taken to a place of safety.
Coastguards attended but were stood down.
