A SWANAGE man has been arrested in connection with a ‘serious’ stabbing incident Poole.
Officers were called at 12.35pm on Friday to reports that a man had sustained stab wounds in Hatch Pond Road on the Nuffield Industrial Estate.
Paramedics and the air ambulance attended the scene and the victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to Southampton General Hospital.
His condition is described as serious but not life-threatening.
A 27-year-old man has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent, aggravated vehicle taking, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of cannabis.
He is due to appear before Poole Magistrates' Court on Monday, June 19.
