Firefighters tackled a property blaze on Portland.
Crews were called to the incident just before 8pm last night and used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to tackle the fire.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was in the front room of a ground floor flat in High Street, Fortuneswell. No one was injured and police were called to help ascertain the identity of the flat's occupier.
