A Weymouth man has been recalled to prison for breaching the conditions of his criminal behaviour order.

John Mark Poole, aged 24 and of no fixed abode, was handed a five-year-order at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 6 2017 after being convicted of possessing class A drugs.

Poole was arrested 26 times in Dorset since 2007 and has been involved in 53 incidents recorded by police since July 2016.

The majority of the incidents related to drugs and anti-social behaviour and have predominantly occurred in Weymouth town centre.

He has since failed to comply with the conditions of his criminal behaviour order and was arrested on Tuesday, September 12 2017 after entering St Thomas Street in Weymouth.

Poole was charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order and appeared before Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 13 2017 where he was recalled to prison.
