A road was blocked due to a broken down vehicle.
Weymouth Relief Road was blocked both ways at the A353 (Jurassic Roundabout).
Traffic was moving slowly.
The road has since been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
Police were called to the scene to direct traffic.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "We were called at 2.43pm to reports of a broken down vehicle on the A354.
"The road is blocked but traffic is able to pass.
"Recovery is currently at the scene."
