Urgent work underway on A35 to fell dangerous tree
The council is undertaking emergency work on the A35 Dorchester Bypass to bring down a dangerous tree.
Temporary traffic lights have been placed at the West Stafford Turn off to assist with the emergency works to fell the tree.
Drivers are warned there is queueing traffic on A35 in both ways at the A352 (West Stafford turn off).
There is also congestion up to the B3150 Stinsford Hill (Stinsford Roundabout) and to A354 Monkton Hill.
Traffic is affected along the bypass by delays are said to be easing.
