A collapsed manhole cover on the A35 Chideock Hill Eastbound has led to very slow traffic.
The cover was between Muddyford Lane and the B3162 West Road.
The Openreach cover has been reported to BT and Highways South West, with drivers warned to expect delays.

A spokesman from Highways England has confirmed that one lane is closed with Westbound traffic affected.
BT have been contacted and are currently on route.
Travel time is five minutes.
