Police have been alerted to a diesel spillage on Ryland's Lane, causing a partial closure of the road.
The spillage was reported just after 11.30 am on Monday, April 9, on Ryland's Lane, close to the junction with Buxton Road.
A road gang was assigned by Dorset County Council's highways authority to clear up the spillage, with the road partially closed to allow the team to carry out the task.
Police officers did not attend the incident.
