A motorcyclist punched and shattered a car window in a road rage incident in north Dorset.
Police said at around 6.30pm on Thursday, April 19, "a number" of motorcyclists were travelling from Sherborne towards Dorchester.
Several of the motorcyclists overtook a car travelling in the same direction, and one attempted to overtake but was unable to due to the narrow roads.
When the car driver stopped at Longburton traffic lights on the A352, one of the riders pulled up alongside and started shouting abuse at him. The cyclist then punched the driver’s side window of the car causing it to shatter.
There were also scratches caused to the side of the car.
Anyone who knows the motorcyclist or has any more information is urged to contact police on 101 quoting crime number 19:0527.
