Views are being sought on a plan to help shape the future of Portland.
The Portland Neighbourhood Plan, prepared by the town council, has been created through listening to the views of residents and businesses.
It aims to help deliver the community’s aspirations and requirements for the future up to 2031.
The plan will provide a means of guiding, promoting and enabling balanced sustainable change and growth.
Portland Town Council is inviting comments on the draft plan. All responses received will be considered by a management group and the town council and a revised version of the plan will then be submitted for examination by an independent examiner.
Paper copies of the draft plan may be viewed at Tophill Library, Easton, Osprey Leisure Centre, Castletown and the town council offices, Easton Lane. Comments forms will also be available at these venues.
Comments can be made online via portlandplan.org.uk or complete a paper form and submit it in the response box at the above venues or posting or taking this to the town council offices , 52 Easton St, DT5 1BT
Consultation ends at 5pm on Monday, July 30.
