A jam-packed scheduled has been arranged at this year's Dorset Prommery Seafood Festival around Weymouth harbourside.
Here's what's happening on the stages over the weekend.
Pavilion stage programme for Saturday
10.30am: Chris Wheeler – Executive Chef, Stoke Park.
11.30am: Experience Pommery Champagne.
12.30pm: Chef, author and TV presenter, Sophie Michell whips up her favourite seasonal seafood dish.
1.30pm: Joining us once again is the lovely Pete Murt – Head Chef, Rick Steins Sandbanks Poole.
2.30pm: Richard Kirkwood and Mike Warner demonstrate some lovely native lobster dishes.
3.30pm: Another chance to Experience Pommery Champagne.
4.30pm: Russell Brown will be sharing ideas from his new book, ‘Well Seasoned’.

11am: Festival regular Nigel Bloxham
12am: Chef, author and TV presenter, Sophie Michell whips up her favourite seasonal seafood dish.
1am: Pommery Champagne and Oysters with UK Director, Sara Hicks and Chef Proprietor and ‘Giant Oyster’ grower Pete Miles.
2pm: Much loved Duncan Lucas is back!
3pm: Neil Rankin is back again!
4pm: CJ Jackson, CEO of the Billingsgate Seafood School.

11am: Ben Bartlett and Simon Dyer
12pm: CJ and Mike Warner – ‘From Fillet to skillet’ Fish & Shellfish.
1pm: Matt Budden – Executive Chef, Hilton Hotel Bournemouth.
2pm: Nigel Bloxham – Chef Proprietor of Billy Winters and award winning Crab House Restaurant, Dorset.
3pm: Simon ‘The Womble’ Dyer – Down and Dirty.
4pm: Crab Cracking and Picking Class.
5pm: Filleting for the Mission and Auction.
Seafish stage programme for Sunday
1pm: Simon Dyer and Ben Bartlett– ‘On the coals’.
12pm: CJ Jackson – Director at Billingsgate and Mike Warner – Shell Fish Association of Great Britain –‘From Shell to Saucepan’ Fish & Shellfish.
1pm: Callum Barwick – Owner, The Pickled Pig.
2pm: Ben Bartlett – BBQ techniques
3pm: Duncan Lucas – Co-owner of the Fish Shop, Camberley
