YOUNGSTERS taking part in National Citizen Service (NCS) held a cake sale to raise money for a Weymouth residential and dementia care home.
Ryan King, Rosie Blake, Jodie Stone, Henry Bell, Kiara Cole and Charlotte Ballard are taking part in the NCS and baked a selection of traybakes and cakes before selling them to businesses around the Granby Industrial Estate in Weymouth and in Dorchester.
All funds raised will go to Buxton House Care Home on Radipole Lane which provides accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care and who are suffering from dementia.
