Police are investigating after a boy’s bicycle was vandalised by yobs in Sherborne.

The incident is believed to have taken place yesterday outside Cheap Street Church.

According to officers, the bicycle was left outside the church at 4.15pm and when the owner returned to the bicycle at 5pm the lights had been smashed, spokes in the wheels were left damaged and the saddle bag was missing.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find the person or persons responsible.
