Admitted when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. Also admitted being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a number of vehicles, failed to stop, and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give her name and address and the name and address of the owner and the identification marks of the vehicle. Fined £120.

ALEXANDER KEITH ROLFE, aged 27, of King Street, Weymouth. Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay costs of £40.

THOMAS GOODYEAR, aged 42, c/o Bond Street, Weymouth. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. Fined £40.

SAMUEL BUSH, aged 40, of Dorchester Road, Weymouth. Admitted dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely bottles of alcohol, belonging to Morrisons for the benefit of himself, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay costs of £40.

ABIGAIL LODWICK, aged 27, of Chamberlaine Road, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200 and to pay costs of £40. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months.

IAN VETIER, aged 52, of Culliford Way, Weymouth. Found guilty of driving a vehicle on a road when the registration mark fixed on the said vehicle as required by section 23 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 was obscured by the tow bar and hook. Fined £30 and to pay costs of £40.

NICHOLAS GARDNER, aged 36, of The Bus Shelter, Lodmoor beach car park, Weymouth. Admitted at Mercery Road, Weymouth stealing three bottles of champagne valued at £105 belonging to Sainsburys Supermarket Ltd. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Dealt with for original offence at Weymouth of stealing three bottles of whiskey and a bottle of gin belonging to WM Morrison, community order with rehabilitation activity requirement.

PAUL KEITH COLLINS, aged 41, of Norfolk Road, Weymouth. Admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine, a Class A drug. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay costs of £40. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admitted possessing a quantity of diamorphine, a Class A drug. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed.

DANIEL ROY HOSKINS, aged 30, of Rodwell Road, Weymouth. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely New Street, Weymouth. Fined £86 and to pay costs of £85.

THOMAS JAMES NASH, aged 26, of Yeolands Road, Portland. Admitted at Curtis Fields, Weymouth stealing a tape measure, two screwdrivers and a tin of fuses. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £85. Also admitted possessing an unknown quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug. No separate penalty. All drugs seized to be forfeited and destroyed.
