Have you got anything to say about healthcare in Bridport?

A roadshow will travel around the town later this month, giving people the opportunity to talk about GP services, care homes, dentistry, mental health, home care and your local hospital.

The event, organised by Healthwatch Dorset, will take place over the course of a week.

Joyce Guest, chairman of Healthwatch Dorset, said: "We're planning a week full of events to promote Healthwatch in and around Bridport. We'll be out talking to local people about health & care services to find out what works well and what doesn't. If you live in the Bridport area, please tell us what you think at any of our events or on social media using #HWDRoadshow."

Here's where you will be able to find Healthwatch Dorset information stands:

Monday, August 20, 10-1pm at Bridport Community Hospital

Tuesday, August 21, 10-3pm at Bridport CAB, South Street, Bridport

Wednesday, August 22, 10-11.30 Bridport Youth Centre, 12-2pm at Oh Crumbs Café

Thursday, August 23, 8-6pm at the Melplash Show, Stand B29

Friday, August 24, 9.30-12.30 at Bridport Medical Centre, West Allington

Healthwatch Dorset works with local people to discover what's going on in health and care services across the county. It offers free, independent information to help you find your way through the system and use your feedback to influence the way local services are provided.
