PART of a road in Bournemouth town centre was cordoned off earlier this morning after reports of a man on the rooftops.
A cordon was put in place on Westover Road near The Brasshouse pub.
The road was closed at around 6am.
Police, ambulance and the fire service attended.
One fire engine and the aerial platform from Westbourne went to the scene after they were called at 5.55am.
Buses had to be diverted as a result.
The road has now reopened.
