Travelling by train tomorrow?
Passengers travelling to and from Weymouth are warned they will have to get a bus for part of their journey.
Due to scheduled engineering works, the Waterloo line will be closed between Weymouth and Wareham, and the Bristol line will be closed between Weymouth and Dorchester West.
Buses will be laid on to transport passengers between stations.
Train services (altered for the work in the London area) will run between London Waterloo and Wareham and also between Bristol Temple Meads and Dorchester West.
Passengers due to travel on either route should check with the operator for train times and any more details.
See southwesternrailway.com and gwr.com
The same lines will be closed on Sunday, March 24.
