WEYMOUTH'S popular former music venue, Verdis, is re-opening from May 16 Its rebirth, after a three-year closure, will see the new Verdis operate in the cellar under the Tuatara Bar in St Edmund Street.
Owner Ryan Entwistle said: "We held a few music events here and they were so successful that we are going to relaunch Verdis as Verdis Live from May 16.
"Our main aim is to get Verdis Live back on the main music circuit.
