DORSET homeowners are being advised to act quickly if they wish to appeal against planning application refusals.
New time limits are being introduced that give householders only six weeks to appeal against refusal and Batten Solicitors, which has offices in Weymouth and Dorchester, says its specialist planning team is on hand to help.
